DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

iBOMMA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who uses this site to do the same. This page explains how to ask for material to be removed and what happens when such a request arrives.

Before you write

This site hosts no film, video or media files. It stores nothing on your behalf and streams nothing. Where a listing links onward, the material itself sits on a third-party service that this site neither owns nor controls. If your goal is to have the underlying file removed, the fastest route is almost always a notice to the service actually hosting it, since only they can delete it.

What this site can do, and will do promptly on a valid notice, is remove the listing and the link from these pages.

Sending a notice

Send written notice to contact@ibomtv.app with the subject line "Copyright Notice". To be actionable, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If several works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them.
  3. Identification of the material you are asking to have removed, described precisely enough for us to locate it — for a listing on this site, the exact page URL and the title as displayed.
  4. Information sufficient for us to contact you: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

A notice missing any of these elements may be delayed while we ask for the missing part. Sending a complete notice the first time is materially faster.

What happens next

Valid notices are acted on promptly. In practice that means the listing and any associated link are removed from the site, and you receive confirmation at the address you provided. We do not require a court order to act on a properly formed notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or through misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and where it appeared, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and give your name, address and telephone number together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be certain before you send a notice.

Repeat infringers

Listings that attract repeated, substantiated copyright complaints are removed and are not reinstated.
