Corrections

These get priority over everything else. If a release date, platform, title, credit or fact in an article is wrong, send the article URL and what should be there instead. Corrections are made in the article itself and the updated date changes, so readers can see that something moved.

Copyright and rights holders

Requests to remove material should follow the process on our DMCA page, which sets out exactly what a notice needs to contain. Sending a complete notice the first time is materially faster than an informal message, because an incomplete one has to go back for the missing parts.

Suggestions and coverage requests

If something is streaming that we have missed, tell us. We cannot promise to cover everything, and we do not accept payment for coverage or for a particular verdict — but genuine suggestions are welcome and frequently acted on.

Everything else

General questions, feedback on the site, or anything that does not fit the categories above can go to the same address. Expect a reply within a few working days. Messages that are unambiguously bulk marketing are deleted unread.

What we will not do

We do not supply links to unlicensed copies of anything, and we do not respond to requests for them. Where a title has no legitimate streaming home in a region, our articles say so plainly rather than pointing elsewhere. See the disclaimer for the full position.
